Happy 1st Thanksgiving, Lila and Brendan!

Since we started a new tradition of deep frying our turkeys together I think we also started a new tradition of breakfast with Meg, Tim and the twins while the men do the deep frying. It was great to see the Lawrence Family before the Thanksgiving festivities got underway and we had waffles with strawberries and whipped cream! Yummy!

Lizzie love laying under the baby gym and chatting with Lila!

The Turkey Fryers! Watch those eyebrows!

Lila and Brendan all dressed up for Thanksgiving!

I love those huge eyes!

I believe these outfits were from Auntie X - we miss her!

The 4 girls all dressed in their beautiful pink dresses!

Kissing on Lila!

Look at all those gorgeous smiles!

Molly loves holding Lila like this!

And, of course, Miss Lila putting on a smile show for Auntie!

Annie and Lila - Lila looks like she doesn't quite know what to make of things!

Story time with Annie!

Meg stopped at Auntie Leenie and Uncle Pete's later in the day and everyone could not wait to be around the babies! We have so much to be Thankful for this year!

Abby holding Lila!

When I think of last New Year's Eve and all of the warnings the doctor's were giving Meg about a twin pregnancy it truly reminds me of the gifts that we have all been given this year. Meghan being healthy and fit during her pregnancy, being able to work and do everything while carrying the twins was kind of amazing in itself. The twins being born at 38 weeks, weighing in at healthy weights and needing no time in the NICU - it is a miracle! The fact that they are happy, engaging babies with parents who love for them to be around family and do everything to allow people the time to get closer to them - well, that's just icing on the cake!
Happy 1st Thanksgiving, Lila and Brendan! We are so thankful for you!
